If you would much rather prefer something indoors then this is it. Established close to 100 years ago, the Texas Memorial Museum provides a great place where you and the kids can learn about the natural history of Texas as you feast your eyes on various exhibits from different points of history. It is virtually impossible to complete a tour of the whole museum within one day so we advise you either make a list of the galleries and exhibits you want to cover in a day or plan for a two-day trip to the museum.
